Chef Laurie started her career in the restaurant industry in 1993. She went on to open her own successful catering company in Greenville, SC. in 1996. She brought that business with her when she relocated to GA in 2007. Laurie worked side by side with some top-notch Chef's and caterers. She has learned a lot over the years. She educated herself in the Kosher industry and now has a wide clientele. Laurie has built many long-lasting relationships in the communities she provides for. Her goal is to make you feel like a guest at your own event.
